- Job Duties:
- Duties include but not limited to: driving tractors to prepare hay fields for planting, planting hayfields, harvesting, etc. Minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment, cleaning equipments, shovel work, working fields that are planted. Work with cattle, repairing fences, etc. will be required. General farm labor will be required if weather does not permit field work. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
