Job Duties:

Employer harvests a variety of trees & plants, including citrus, palm, desert, flowering, shade & other tree varieties (collectively, Trees) all of which have planting, cultivation, growth, pruning & harvest cycles (Cycles) that are different and seasonal. The Cycles can be climate dependent since they may be affected by weather related changes during Arizonas unpredictable desert weather patterns. Workers must work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Workers should have 3 months experience and must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Employer will furnish, at no cost to Workers, all necessary tool, materials, supplies, & equipment (collectively, Tools) required by the work. Tools may also include shovels, gloves, backhoes, trenchers, tree spades, chain & hand saws, and clippers. Workers will harvest Trees by hand & machinery. Workers will plant & dig Trees from one of Employers Farms and will transplant nursery stock into boxes & containers. Workers will focus on one or more of the jobs described herein and will work at one of the two requested work sites which are described here in as the Southern Farm (10 workers) & the Stanfield Farm (18 workers)
