Job Duties:
Clear new farmland with hand tools and powered equipment to prepare the land for planting. Manually plant, cultivate, transplant and harvest trees. Duties also include operating tractors and skid steers, maintaining fields, ball digging, trimming trees, tying tops of trees, cutting trees, wrapping tree trunks in protective felt, preparing digging machines, driving trucks, packing trees onto trucks, unloading inventory, using watering system, trimming, watering, fertilizing, hoeing weeds and mowing between tree rows. Delivery and installation of trees grown on the farm. Allergens will be encountered: hay, pollen, dust, etc. Post-hire drug screen will be provided at employer's expense. Must have valid driver's license. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
