- Job Duties:
- We operate a tree nursery , growing ornamen tal shade trees and palms . We need seasonal employees to assist with growing , pruning , fertilizing , digging , loading , off -loadin g and planting. Employees will assist with harvesting trees , mowin g and weeding . Employer may pay performance -based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract periodat the employer 's discretion . Employe r may provide pay increases for longevity and experience. Employer wil lconduct random post - hire dru g testing at employer 's expense and wil l conduct post - hire background checks atemployer ' s expense . Require 3 month s experience .
