- Job Duties:
- Plant/harvest rice Harvest crawfish Bait, re-bait, cutup bait, repair traps, etc. ONLY WHEN TIME ALLOWS assist with cattle. General farm work associated with all aspects of farming. Farm field/shed sanitation duties includes: mow grass, dig ditches, levees, fences, prepare ponds, etc. Minor maintenance/operation of farm equipment.
