- Job Duties:
- General farm worker needed for crawfish and rice. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Field prep, water maintenance, planting, drive tractor and harvesting of rice. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate crawfish boat; frequent stooping and lifting traps, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Transportation and subsistence expenses will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
