- Job Duties:
- Diversified crops: corn, beans, wheat, canola Workers may fill planters with seed from 50lb. Bags. Workers may operate equipment to prepare fields. Workers may spray crops for weeds and grass. Workers may apply water and fertilizers. Workers may restock trucks and equipment with seed bags. Workers may use equipment to prepare fields for planting. Workers may load and unload harvested crops for shipping and storage Hay & Straw: Workers may cut and bale hay, straw with equipment. Workers may load and unload bales onto trucks or wagons. Workers may load bales in barns for storage. Workers may load trucks for shipping. Workers may prepare fields for next crop. Other Related Duties: Workers may chop weeds from between plants with a hoe. Alternative Work: This could include workers preparing barns, preparing land for planting, draining fields, maintenance of tools and equipment, and other work that is directly related to crop and activities for which the worker was hired. Such work will be offered when climate or crop conditions preclude working in the primary activities stated above. Alternative work may only be required if the first week wage guarantee listed in 20 CFR 653.501 is invoked.

- WORKERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO STAND, WALK, BEND & STOOP, ALSO LIFT 60-80 LBS UP TO 4 FT. FOR EXTENDED PERIODS. WORKERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO RANDOM DRUG TESTS AT EMPLOYERS COST, POST EMPLOYMENT WORKERS WILL BE TRAINED FOR 16 HOURS, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM ALL JOB DUTIES LISTED, IN A PRODUCTIVE TIME MANNER. 3 MONTHS ROW CROP EXPERINCE REQUIRED
