The Department of Labor recently announced new minimum wage rates, called Adverse Effect Wage Rates (AEWRs), that employers must offer and pay, at the time work is performed, to nonimmigrant H-2A workers and workers in corresponding employment beginning on the effective date of the new wage rates. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Clean trucks and storage bins. Condition, store, transport, and monitor all seed. Treat seed. General farm work on and around the farm. Equipment - Tractor Crops - Barley, Canola, Dry Peas, Durum, Soy Beans, Spring Wheat, Sunflower
