- Job Duties:
- Job requires operating farm equipment (tractors, combine, sprayers) to till soil, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, & harvest crops. Applicant needs to be skilled in mechanical repair and maintenance and drive semi-trucks to transport products to elevator or storage area. Some manual labor related to irrigation and grain storage, as well as general farm labor is required. Reading, math and computer/GPS skills required. Applicants must have 3 months experience and be able to obtain a driver’s license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
