- Job Duties:
- General farm worker needed for the upkeep & maintenance of farm & equipment; Rice, soybean, and corn to include: drive tractor (plowing), assist loading & unloading trucks & transport to local plants, assist planting and harvesting of rice, soybean and, corn. Upkeep of grain bins to include sweeping, shoveling, spreading grain in bins, cleaning up grain spills, leveling bins. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads, field prep, water maintenance. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. All tools, supplies & equipment are provided at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
