- Job requires performing manual labor and the knowledge of and operation of large farm equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, spray and harvest crops. Employee must be able to perform mechanical repair and maintenance and obtain a driver's license. Basic literacy reading and math skills are required with 3 moths of experience. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on merit.
