- Job requires a minimum of 1 month prior experience pruning and thinning peach and pear trees & 3 months experience driving farm tractors. Must be able to climb up & down ladder with heavy 35# pack, carry 50# ladder, and pick 20 1/2 bushel buckets of fruit per hour to retain employment.
