Job Duties:

Employee will need to drive Semi-Tractor/Trailer to tender seed, dry fertilizer, wet fertilizer, and finished commodities. Drive John Deere 9460R in spring to do spring tillage and operate late model guidance systems (primarily John Deere based). Drive Polaris Rangers to monitor crop, pick up rocks and spot spray ditches and fence rows. Operate a 4020 and a Payloader to pick up large rocks located in the field. Light Repair and maintain John Deere 8 series, 9 Series tractor, DB90 Planter, 4720 Sprayer, 2210 field cultivator, S690 combine, S680 Combine, John Deere Flex Draper Bean Heads; John Deere Folding Corn Head, Brent Grain Cart, 5 semi tractors, 5 grain trailers, 1 side dump trailer, 1 flatbed trailer with Tanks and pumps attached for tending the sprayer. Run a lawn mower and maintain landlord groves and yards. Drive Farm Trucks with Trailers. Assist with the operation of the grain setup during harvest and hauling periods. Pressure washing and cleaning all machinery. Other odd farm jobs in furtherance of the business.
