Job Duties:
Duties include: Planting, cultivation, harvesting of crops and forage for animals. The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. Equipment, buildings and grounds will need routine maintenance done and deliveries of crops, materials and supplies to farm storage or local elevators. Need to be self motivated and work independently after given instructions. Requirements of Employees: Must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to operations business related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in vehicles, machinery, housing unit or fields. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours other wise discouraged. No Educational level required. Must have three months of tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized monitors and GPS.
