- Job Duties:
- Duties for plant care include propagating, working on potting line, filling cold frames or hot beds, transplanting products to prepared areas, re-potting into large containers. Shrubs and small trees are transplanted as needed to promote growth and harvested when applicable. Will wrap harvested bare pallets or baled when harvested. Care of horticultural products includes weeding, pruning, mulching, raking, irrigating, fertilizing, & other media growth activities. Duties may also include laying sode, seed lawns, moving grass, planting flowers, bushes and trees, water plant material. Must be able to use lawn mower, weedeater, rake, hoe, bobcat and aerator. All tools will be provided
