Job Duties:
General farm labor including fertilizing, planting, cultivating and harvesting crops, and agricultural building maintenance and repair. Operate farm equipment to plant, harvest, and haul crops. Mow grass, pull and trim weeds, and repair fences. Manage livestock. Operate vehicles to transport products to elevators or storage areas. Maintain and repair livestock facilities and equipment as needed, such as installing slats and gating, feed tanks, feeders, feed lines and water lines. Assist in removing grain from storage facilities using hand tools and conveyance equipment. Loading grain into trucks and cleaning of storage bins. Must have the ability to obtain a driver’s license. One month of farm equipment operation and repair experience required.
