- Job Duties:
- Plant/harvest rice. Harvest crawfish Prepare ponds General farm work associated with all aspects of farming. Farm field/shed sanitation duties includes: mow grass, dig ditches, levees, fences, etc. Minor maintenance/operation of farm equipment Bait, re-bait, cutup bait, repair traps, etc. When time allows process, grade, deliver to storage or market, etc. of crawfish Must peel a minimum of 5 lbs tail meat per hour. Operator produces more than one-half of the commodity.
