- Job Duties:
- Nursery/Farm workers will provide care for trees, shrubs, flowers, produce, and other plants, as well as the preparation of trees and shrubs for sale, wholesale and/or shipment which includes loading and unloading. Our nursery/farm worker's duties range from cultivating flowers and keeping pests at bay to detecting plant diseases. In addition, our nursery/farm worker should be physically strong, as lifting and transplanting plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers either by hand or using a wheelbarrow, and shovel any other common agricultural tools which are part of nursery/farm work detail. They are responsible for maintaining the quality of growth and development of such produce, plants and trees during the whole process from the initial planning to harvest throughout the season
