Job Duties:

We are a family owned and operated grain farm, growing commodities which include com and soybeans. Every day operations will include manual labor which could be, but not limited to machine washing and detailing, maintenance of equipment, mowing road ditches and grain bin sites, weed eating and painting equipment. Field operations would include chisel plowing, operating a tractor with grain cart and driving semi trucks.

Special Requirements:

Requirements for the job are a valid regular driver's license, with experience driving a semi truck and trailer and the ability to obtain an Illinois CDL within 30 days of employment. Employee must have a current US Social Security number, and have their current card with them upon arrival, to obtain CDL. Employee will be working in the outdoors, possibly through extreme hot and cold temperatures. Employee must be able to lift 50 pounds. Random post-hire drug and alcohol testing may be completed at no cost to employee, throughout employment to ensure a drug and alcohol free workplace. Failing a drug or alcohol test will result in termination. Must have a minimum or 3 months experience working on a farm in the US.
