- Operate various farm equipment such as tractors and combines to harvest crops and perform other necessary field duties. Perform maintenance & welding. Drive semi-truck to transport product to elevator or storage area. Basic literacy reading and math skills, 3 months experience required. Must have or be able to obtain driver’s license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
