- Job Duties:
- Job duties include operating farm equipment including tractors, sprayers, semi-trucks, litter trucks, combines and mowers to till soil, prepare land, harvest and transporting crops to storage or market. Job will also require workers attaching implements to tractors; changing combine cutting heads; installing rice gates; working with irrigation equipment such as pipe, pivots and well motors; cleaning and maintaining shop areas; washing equipment; performing maintenance on tractors, farm structures, and other farm equipment; mowing; weed eating; picking up limbs; working in and around grain bins/storage facility; sweeping grain bins; leveling bins; spraying around wells; repairing fencing; tending to livestock; feeding livestock; and working the livestock for flys two times per year; cutting and baling hay. Pay increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.

- Job requires having, or being able to obtain, a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Drug screening and criminal background checks may be possible post-hire at the employer's expense. Failure of drug testing could result in immediate termination or other disciplinary measures. The employer will not employ any person that has been convicted of a felony or mis-demeanor. Workers will be required to lift objects that could be 50 lbs. Job duties will require workers to be exposed to outdoor temperatures while working, which could exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit or be below freezing; pushing; pulling; sitting or walking for extended periods; frequent stooping or bending over; repetitive movements. Basic English literacy and math skills are required.
