- Job Duties:
- General farm workers for crawfish season. Work to include: manually cut fish bait, bait crawfish traps, operate motorized crawfish boat; put traps in crawfish ponds; lift traps from pond; empty into crawfish sacks; load & unload sacks of crawfish; weigh & tag; wash & grade; repair traps as needed. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Frequent stooping, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost to workers. 3 months experience required. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Tools, equipment & supplies provided at no cost. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon 50% completion of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
