A fully loaded sack weighs between approximately 80 and 100 pounds, depending upon the size, condition and variety of fruit. In order to perform this kind of work, the worker must be physically able to harvest citrus, fill his assigned sacks, and transport it to the tub. The employee must be able to climb ladders with extra weight of the sack. Workers will take the wrap off the trees and drive the goat to the groves.
