- Job Duties:
- Manually cut fish bait; load bait into trucks and take to ponds. operate motorized boat and check traps; lift traps from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, 40 lbs. lifting requirement, frequent stooping & repetitive movements; traps are re-baited and put back into pond; load the crawfish sacks into truck and bring to market; check & repair broken levees where needed; repair traps as needed; help maintain shop & fields & working outside in inclement weather conditions. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost, Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
