- Job Duties:
- Farm equipment operators with row crop experience. Basic knowledge of trackhoe operations, land leveling with GPS satelite, diesel mechanics, combines and tractors preferred. 3 months verifiable row crop farming experience required. Strong work ethic with a willingness to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot). More hours will be required during peak seasons of planting and harvest. Workers will maintain equipment, facilities and farm land. They will plant, maintain and harvest cotton, soy beans, corn, rice and other row crops as determined by market needs. Wages may be increased for workers who perform above and beyone the normal work at the discretion of the employer. No worker will be paid less than the required amount but workers may be paid above the required amount.
