Job Duties:

Farm equipment operators with row crop experience. Basic knowledge of tractors, gps satelite systems, mechanics, diesel work and irrigation maintenance preferred. 3 months verifiable row crop farming experience required. Strong work ethic with a willingness to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot). More hours will be required during peak seasons of planting and harvest. Workers will maintain equipment, facilities, tools and farm land. They will plant, maintain and harvest cotton and other row crops as determined by market needs. Wages may be increased for workers who perform above and beyone the normal work at the discretion of the employer. No worker will be paid less than the required amount but workers may be paid above the required amount. Workers must be dependable, willing to take instruction, flexible work schedule. If the worker possesses a valid drivers license he/she will be allowed to take themselves to the grocery store. The employer is a drug free workplace. Any worker who arrives to work and appears to be under the influence will be subjected to a drug test.
