- Prepare and serve food and beverages; accept/process payments from customers; scrape/wash/sort dishes and silverware; restock supplies/empty trash; clean kitchen equipment/work surfaces; sweep/mop floors; arrange tables and decorations according to instructions. Clean and organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Entry level; requires supervision.

- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be available to work any/all 8 hour shifts between 5:00 am and 1:00 am. Must be able to speak basic English.
