- Take beverage order; prepares mixed drinks and serves the same; cleans bar area; may be required to take food orders and make knowledgeable recommendations regarding wines and other products; requisition and display liquor and supplies; must keep bar area clean and work under strictly enforced state code.

- Pass pre-employment police clearance; fluent in English; post-employment drug testing. Employer requires pre-employment police clearance and post-employment drug testing to be carried out equally between the U.S. workers and the H-2B workers. *Continuation to Section F.A.3 OF ETA 9142 above: 40 hours a week will consist of 8 hour shifts that can vary as needed and advertised in state workforce agency and other required advertisement. Shift may vary from 6AM-11PM. *Continuation to F.A.9 of Form ETA 9142 above: 3 months experience as a Bartender in a hospitality setting
