- Job Duties:
- Workers will clean and sanitize plants work area. Upon oysters entering plant, workers place oysters on shaking tables and separate the oysters depending on quality and size; clean, weigh, pack, label, and place the oysters in iceboxes in preparation for pick-up by freezer trucks for delivery to restaurants, manufacturers, or wholesalers for resale.

- Special Requirements:
- Must have three (3) three months work related exp, no education. Workers must be able to work in a wet and cold work environment and stand while performing work duties . Workers must be willing to work rotating shifts: Monday to Friday - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (7hrs) and Saturday 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM or 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
