Job Duties:

Workers will be needed to check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, follow appropriate safety procedures, and inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure. Complete and maintain logs of working hours following applicable state and federal regulations and pre and post trip inspection reports of truck and customer project sheets. Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions – secure cargo for transport using ropes, chains, blocks, binders, or covers. Workers will drive trucks with capacities greater than 3 tons, including tractor-trailer combinations, transport construction debris and other debris to construction landfills. No travel out of state or across state is required. No overnight stays required. All jobs are located in Sioux Falls and East South Dakota Nonmetropolitan Area within a 45 minute to 1 hour commute from the Brandon, South Dakota Worksite/Headquarters. Shifts are Mon-Friday, 6:00AM to 6:00 PM, with 1 hour for lunch.

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Must pass Department of Transportation Medical Examination and must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. At least 6 months experience driving trucks with trailers.
