Job Duties:

Perform a variety of attending duties for mobile amusement rides, games, and concessions. On-site setup of games and rides. Set-up, stock, and clean service areas. Tear-down and pack up stock in booth. May schedule use of recreation facilities, maintain equipment, and operate amusement concessions, games, and/or rides. Set up and tear down concession booths and ride equipment. Clean and sanitize concessions booth and take out trash. Stock food trailer with supplies for event. Food trailers sell limited items requiring short preparation and/or cooking time including: cotton candy, popcorn, roasted corn, and other mobile concession-type food.
