Job Duties:

Clean and sanitize all kitchen work surfaces, including counters, sinks, stoves, and walls. Clean pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. Clean kitchen equipment such as ovens and refrigerators. Clean floors of kitchen, bar, dining areas, and front-of-house bathrooms at the beginning and end of shifts. Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and bar tops. Clean and sanitize menus, salt/pepper shakers, and condiments on tables. Empty trash bins in the kitchen and front of house. Organize food storage areas in the kitchen and front of house. Refill paper supplies (toilet paper, paper towels) and clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and all high-contact surfaces in front-of house bathrooms regularly throughout the shift.

Requires: Ability to place cases, pans, utensils and plates on both low and high shelves. Basic spoken English skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary. Stand throughout shift. Work schedule will vary and may include evenings, holidays, and Saturdays and Sundays.
