Job Duties:

Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand; assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and preparing simple dishes under supervision; clean and sanitize workstations, kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards; buss and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area for customers; remove trash and recyclables from kitchen and dining areas as needed; unload deliveries and help stock inventory in appropriate kitchen or storage areas; and follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Post-hire drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers upon suspicion of use. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
