Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworker such as: Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, water structures, feed bunks, corrals, and fences including brush beating grass and repairing solar panels; Drive trucks, tractors, and other equipment to distribute commodities; Move equipment or livestock from one location to another manually or using trucks; Operate farm equipment and machinery such as tractors, skid steers; Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops such as moving hay; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Repair, maintain, fashion farm structures such as fences and water crossings; Attach implements using hand tools.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
