Job Duties:

General maintenance & upkeep of nursery growing areas; operate field nursery & farm equipment & hand tools as needed to mow, weed, plant, transplant, spray, cultivate, fertilize, water/irrigate, prune field nursery trees, shrubs, evergreens, & annuals; stake & prepare plants for shipment; tag, load, transport, unload plants & supplies on trailers & vehicles.

Special Requirements:

M-F, 8.5 hrs/day, Saturday until noon (4.5 hrs), 47 hr workweek. Schedule may vary. On an as needed basis & only as requested by Management, employees will have the option of working outside the set work schedule on Saturday afternoon and/or Sunday with differential pay of $4 extra per hour. Able to squat. Able to stand for long periods of time. No experience required. Employer will train. Pre-employment drug/alcohol testing required. Drug/alcohol testing during employment for cause. Post-accident drug/alcohol testing. All drug/alcohol testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company.
