Job Duties:

AEWR; US Workers: KS: $12.69; H2A Workers: KS: $11.43. Operating self-propelled equipment such as harvester, semi truck with trailer that assists in the process of reaping, harvesting, threshing, swathing, or winnowing crops such as corn, wheat, milo, hay; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment including trucks, harvesters, and trailers; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing equipment and other tools; driving semi truck to transport crops to elevators, silos, or other storage areas, and transporting equipment and other tools used for harvesting from one field to another; While not required for workers that operate or repair machinery, some workers may possess a CDL. Approximate staggered entry: 20 workers to begin Jan 20 and 20 workers to begin March 1.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
