Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to run farm machinery. Employees will assist with planting, spraying and harvesting crops including soybeans. Bale, rake, mow, disc and roll soybeans, run loader tractor, operate bobcat, run grain cart. Must be able to drive farm trucks/tandem trucks (<26000lbs), and pickups with cattle trailer. Must be able to work with cattle, sort, calve out cows. Assist with general livestock and farm duties. Must be able to repair and maintain fences. Must be able to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Must have a regular driver's license. Job requires extensive sitting, pushing, pulling, walking and frequent stooping. Exposure to extreme outside temps. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Require a high school diploma or GED and 3 months experience.
