Job Duties:

We operate a 6500-acre family farm. We currently raise oats, wheat, edible beans, soybeans, potatoes and sugar beets. We have updated equipment and use modern technology for almost everything. We use New Holland tractors with Trimble GPS systems. We have triaxle and semi-trucks. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of growing these crops including general farm labor, planting, growing, spraying, harvesting, and hauling these crops. Employees will need to operate trucks and farm equipment and complete routine repairs and maintenance on the equipment. (No commercial trucking is required.) Will be required to complete general farm duties on the farm as assigned. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
