- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal employees to perform manual farm labor. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, spraying, planting, moving, storing and harvesting row crops (corn, cotton, peanuts, soybeans and wheat). Employees must have experience working with GPS satellite guidance systems (Greenstar). Participate in the storage and post-harvest treatment of crops such as working with bins and augers to load carts and trailers. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Service, repair, and perform safety checks on equipment. Operate and perform routine maintenance and repair on irrigation systems and pumps. Maintain buildings and facilities, general repairs and cleanliness. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

- Must have a Georgia or US driver's License. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employer will conduct post-hire random drug tests to enforce a drug free workplace company policy at no cost to the employee. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
