- Job Duties:
- AEWR; US Workers: TX: $11.81; H2A Workers: TX: $9.97. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: planting, plowing, corn and sorghum silage summer crop, wheat winter crop attach/detach implements, operate and maintain sprinkler irrigation systems and pivots, clean work areas, direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting, inform farm managers of plants or crops progress, load and unload materials and commodities, operate self propelled machinery, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: John Deere equipment, GPS guidance systems, forklift, irrigation equipment, pickups, cars, etc, planters, self-propelled machinery, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, grain sorghum, silage, wheat. Speak and understand English.

- Special Requirements:
- Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
