- Job Duties:
- Job duties include but are not limited to: Feeding, watering, herding, castrating, branding, weighing, catching, and loading animals Examining animals to detect diseases and injuries Administering medications, vaccinations, or insecticides Assisting in birthing and be able to pull a calf Ongoing maintenance includes fixing fences, digging post holes, raking and baling hay. Use of various farm and cattle specific farming equipment (6175 John Deere tractors and loader, Miller Pro Forage Wagon) Drive farm trucks, tractors, and other farming equipment to distribute food to cattle
