Job Duties:

AEWR; US Workers: AR: $13.40; H2A Workers: AR: $12.27. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as soybeans, rice, corn; Set up, repair, and operation irrigation systems for watering crops; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Record information about crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Work in dusty, hot, humid conditions. Must speak and understand English.

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. . Lift up to 75 lbs.
