Job Duties:

Duties will include but are not limited to the following tasks in association with the production of cotton, wheat, and milo crops. Operate tractors to plow, plant and harvest crops. Participate in manual field work by hoeing, removing rocks and debris, inspecting, and repairing buildings and equipment, setting up and repairing drip irrigation and center pivots. Worker will perform general farm maintenance, clean up, and keep all areas neat and clean. Preferred 3 months of verifiable experience operating a 600HP or greater tractor on a grain farm. Workers should expect to work 70+ hours during harvest.
