Job Duties:

Workers will drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Tow harvesting equipment. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors or combines. Maintain farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Load or unload trucks or help others with loading or unloading, using special loading-related equipment or other equipment as necessary. Farming with: Corn, Small Grain, Soy Beans

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
