- Job Duties:
- Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Must be able to run poly pipe irrigation, run pivot irrigation and dig water furrows. Other seasonal job duties as assigned. Farming with: Cotton, Rice, Soy Beans

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
