Job Duties:

Maintain agricultural products, including preparation, harvesting, planting, watering, and trimming of trees. Use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, and knives. Duties may include tilling soil and applying fertilizers; transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning trees; applying pesticides; or cleaning, grading, sorting, packing, and loading harvested products. Water and feed livestock daily, including cows and horses. May participate in irrigation activities such as installing watering troughs and maintaining water supply connections for plants and livestock. The worker(s) will be required to obtain a driver’s license within the first 3 weeks of entry so that they may operate employer owned vehicles at the job site as needed to perform the job duties. Employer will transport worker(s) to the state licensing department office to assist in applying for the license.
