Job Duties:

AEWR; US Workers: ND: $12.31; H2A Workers: ND: $11.04. General farm labor; Clean, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery such as tractor, combine, sprayer tillage tool to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops; Load inputs and drive semi trucks to transport to employer’s fields, load employer’s crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags in close proximity to the farm; Clean work areas; Attach implements using hand tools. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
