- Job Duties:
- Temporary, seasonal workers needed for grass/hay farm. Job duties include tractor/equip/truck driving; field preparation; water maintenance; hay cutting; baling; skid steers; stack hay with forklifts, grapples; fertilize/plant/harvest crops; manual shovel work, hoe weeds; spot spray; repair/maintain equip., farm and fences; maintain fields, roads and shop; load/unload trucks. Job involves frequent stooping and exposure to extreme temps. Must be able to lift/carry sufficient weight (approximately 50 to 75 pounds) to move equipment and material necessary to complete assigned tasks. The Employer will rely on workers own representations and observations of workers to assess if the workers meet this qualification. Work schedule includes a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime hours typically offered and vary. Se necesitan trabajadores temporales y estacionales para las granjas de pasto y heno.
