Job Duties:

AEWR; US Workers: ND: $12.31; H2A Workers: ND: $11.04. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Load agricultural products without over or underfilling, and deliver; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; While a CDL is not required for this job, any person who has a CDL may operate CDL required equipment. Attach implements using hand tools; Also mow, rake, and bail hay; speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
