- Job Duties:
- Job requires operating farm equipment including, but not limited to, tractors with various implements to till soil; prepare land; and plant, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest crops. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, equipment that utilizes GPS and auto-guidance systems, sprayers, combines, back-hoes, mowers, and track-hoes. Job also requires performing mechanical repair and maintenance on farm equipment, regularly cleaning and servicing equipment, operating irrigation equipment, and using hand tools in fields to maintain proper conditions for crop growth and remove weeds. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires having or being able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Farm vehicles will be operated on public roads. Basic English literacy skills are required. Job will require workers performing duties outdoors during periods when temperatures could exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Job duties will require periods when workers will be required to push, pull, sit, and walk for extended periods.
